We launched Flashfox in 2025 as an AI-powered talent acquisition platform. Our founders spent months embedded inside talent acquisition teams at fast-growing companies. The same problems surfaced everywhere. Recruiters drowning in inbound volume. Candidates ghosted for weeks. Strong hires lost to teams that simply moved faster.
The tools hadn't kept up. Legacy ATS platforms were built for compliance, not speed. AI bolt-ons felt like black boxes nobody trusted. The signal was clear. There had to be a better way.

Rahul Veerwal is the Founder & CEO of Flashfox, where he is reimagining recruitment with AI-powered hiring agents that streamline candidate sourcing, qualification, and interviewing. Before Flashfox, he founded GetWork, building technology that connects organizations with job-ready talent. Rahul specializes in leveraging AI to create scalable hiring infrastructure that enables businesses to recruit global talent with greater speed, consistency, and accuracy.
Sumit Gupta is the Co-founder & CTO of Flashfox AI, where he architects AI-powered hiring solutions using LLMs and agent-driven systems. He has also co-founded GetWork where he built the Tech Platform for the business. He previously spent nearly four years at MakeMyTrip as a Software Engineer, building scalable backend systems and high-performance consumer platforms, following an internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Sumit specializes in AI, distributed systems, and product engineering.
Pallavi Hirwani is the Chief Operating Officer at Flashfox, leading strategic initiatives in AI-driven hiring and the future of recruitment. She also drives operational excellence across GetWork's HR technology ecosystem. With over eight years of experience transforming how India hires, she specializes in operations, business growth, strategic partnerships, and recruitment strategy, helping to scale AI-powered hiring solutions.
Tarun is Chief Business Officer at Flashfox.ai, where he leads Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience, and co-owns strategy with the founding team. He was previously COO at Mercer | Mettl, spending nearly a decade scaling HR-Tech & Ed-Tech businesses across global markets, following commercial leadership roles at Aspiring Minds (SHL) and an early stint as a startup co-founder. He holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from MDI Gurgaon.
