How does the AI screening call work?
Flashfox calls candidates automatically, conducts a structured voice interview, transcribes responses in real-time, and scores them against your job criteria — all without any human involvement.
Can I customise the screening questions?
Yes. You can provide a job description and let the AI generate questions, or write your own. Questions can be role-specific, culture-fit focused, or a mix of both.
What integrations does Flashfox support?
We integrate with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR, and dozens more via our ATS sync. Custom webhooks and a REST API are also available on Business and Enterprise plans.
Is candidate data stored securely?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are hosted on SOC 2-certified cloud infrastructure (Azure) and are GDPR-compliant. Candidate recordings are deleted after 90 days by default.
How do I invite teammates to my workspace?
Go to Settings → Team, enter your colleague's email, and choose their role (Admin, Recruiter, or Viewer). They'll receive an invite link valid for 72 hours.
What happens if a candidate doesn't pick up?
Flashfox automatically retries up to 3 times across different time windows. If still unreachable, the candidate is marked 'No answer' and you can trigger a manual follow-up.
