1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how FlashFox plans work, how a subscription can be cancelled, and how fees and credits are treated on cancellation. FlashFox is operated by Veerwal GetWork Services Private Limited. This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.
2. Plans
New accounts start on the Free Plan, which includes 50 credits and remains active for one month. The Free Plan ends when either the 50 credits are used up or the one-month period ends, whichever happens first.To continue using FlashFox after that, you move to a paid plan — available on a quarterly or annual term — purchased directly on the platform.
3. Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of the plan period. Renewal requires no action from you — the next plan period begins and the applicable fee is charged automatically, unless you have cancelled before the renewal date.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, send a cancellation request by email to support@flashfox.ai from the email address associated with your account. Cancellation stops the automatic renewal. Your current plan remains active until its expiry date, and you can continue using your remaining credits until that date. Access ends when the plan period expires.
5. What Happens When You Cancel
When your plan period ends after cancellation, your right to access the Services ends. Credits are valid only during the applicable plan period, do not roll over, and any unused credits expire at the end of that period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. Refunds
Paid plans are non-refundable. Once you purchase a quarterly or annual plan, fees and credit purchases are non-refundable — including where you choose to stop using the Services during a plan period. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal but does not refund fees already paid for the current period. This applies except where a refund is required by mandatory law.
7. Suspension or Restriction by Us
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary — for example, for non-payment, breach of our Terms, a security threat, abuse, a legal requirement, or a material risk to a candidate, client or the Services. Where practicable, we will give advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue; however, we may act immediately where any delay would increase the risk.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to Clause 20, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including proceedings for interim or injunctive relief.
